Maintenance Engineer

As a double days Shift Engineer, youll play a key role in keeping our fast-paced FMCG production facility running smoothly. Working as part of a small, dedicated engineering team within a family-run business, youll take ownership of day-to-day engineering activities from responding to breakdowns and supporting production changeovers, to carrying out preventative maintenance and driving improvements across the site. You will also be involved in executing projects which are consistently ongoing as the site continues to develop to stay abreast of market requirements.

This is a hands-on, varied role where youll combine mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills with a proactive and curious mindset to support both short-term production targets and long-term reliability goals.

• Respond promptly to breakdowns and restore equipment to full operation safely and efficiently.
• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) to schedule.
