Location:

Salary: £32,000
A well-established UK manufacturer of high-integrity cast components is seeking a Metallurgy Graduate to join its technical team. This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on industrial experience and make a real impact early in your career.
The Role
You will support metallurgical activities across production and quality, including:
* Reviewing customer specifications and casting plans
* Supporting melt planning and production targets
* Conducting microstructural testing and investigations
* Managing and digitising metallurgical data
* Assisting with audits, failure analysis, and corrective actions
* Supporting process improvements and technical trials
About You
* Degree in Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related discipline
* Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
* Interest in manufacturing and continuous improvement
* Good communication and teamwork skills
* Industrial or laboratory experience desirable, not essential
