Electrical Maintenance Supervisor – Plant Projects

Location:

Commutable from Blackheath, Dudley, Oldbury, Sedgley, Tipton, Smethwick, Wombourne, Wolverhampton, and surrounding West Midlands areas;
Salary:
Up to £52,500 + Overtime + Excellent Benefits Package;

Hours:

Permanent, Full-Time | Day Shifts Only – Monday to Friday

In this hands-on leadership role, you will:

• Supervise, mentor, and develop a small team of electrical maintenance engineers
• Oversee planned and reactive maintenance across a busy plant environment
• Lead electrical plant projects from concept to installation and commissioning
• Drive continuous improvement, reduce downtime, and increase plant reliability
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver long-term engineering solutions

• Time-served Electrical Engineer / Electrician (HNC/HND preferred)
• Proven leadership or supervisory experience in engineering, manufacturing, or heavy industry
• Strong background in electrical plant maintenance and project delivery
• Excellent organisational, planning, and communication skills
• Proactive leader who thrives in a dynamic engineering environment
