Company Overview

A well-established UK-based heavy engineering manufacturer in Dudley is seeking a Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer to join its expanding engineering team.

Role & Responsibilities

Carry out maintenance across a range of production equipment and site services within a heavy manufacturing environment
Complete planned maintenance and respond to breakdowns to minimise downtime
Diagnose and repair electrical faults using schematics and technical drawings
Undertake mechanical fault finding and repairs using engineering documentation
Support PLC diagnostics and assist with installation, commissioning, and equipment modifications

Knowledge, Skills & Experience

Maintenance engineering experience within heavy engineering or manufacturing environments
Level 3 qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering
PLC fault‑finding experience
Strong hands‑on mechanical and electrical fault‑finding capability
