Youve built a finance desk before. Now you want to own one - properly.

Youll build a finance practice your way.
From day one, youll run your own P&L with real equity tied to performance. Not vague promises. A clear structure where your stake grows as you build.
The package is strong - up to £65k base with a commission scheme that dwarves most in the market - but thats not the reason youd move.
Its the leverage.
As you grow a team around you, your earnings stop being limited to your own billings. Youre building something that pays you properly, not just now, but long term.
Youll need to be comfortable opening new logos and have a track record that shows youve built rather than inherited. But, you will have the opportunity to be introduced to a huge amount of existing clients who have existing opportunities to leverage.

What youll be doing:
Youll build and lead a finance recruitment practice.
Youll define the market, win clients, open accounts, build candidate networks, and shape the desk around the area you know best.
Youll run your own P&L, make commercial decisions, and eventually hire around you.
What youll need:
Experience recruiting into the finance market.
A track record of opening new accounts and building revenue yourself.
Strong personal billings.
The ambition to build a team, not just run a desk.
