As a Care Assistant (Days & Nights), you will support residents with daily life, ensuring their dignity and well‑being.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing all aspects of personal care in a dignified and person‑centred way
• Assisting residents to and from bed
• Completing hourly checks during the night (for night shifts)
• Helping residents to engage in meaningful and enjoyable activities
• Supporting mealtimes and general daily routines
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and homely environment

We would prefer candidates to hold a Health and Social Care Level 2 NVQ (or equivalent), but this is not essential. You will receive comprehensive training, guidance and ongoing development to excel in your role.
