• Work with vulnerable adults with complex needs to assess and create support plans using a Strength Based and Enabling model.
• Provide leadership and mentoring to less experienced colleagues, assisting them in making sound decisions and resolving challenges.
• Lead and manage Safeguarding Enquiries, making critical threshold decisions and applying Dudley’s Adult Safeguarding Policy & Procedures.
• Chair and facilitate planning and review meetings, contributing actively to resource and budget management processes.
• Engage collaboratively with people who use services, their families, and other stakeholders to ensure quality and innovative service delivery.
• Maintain professional standards and legal compliance while promoting social justice, inclusion, and equality in all practices.
