About this job
- Manage a caseload of service users with a diagnosed learning disability who have been referred to the community team.
- Undertake Occupational Therapy assessment with a designated service user caseload, addressing occupational performance and skills deficits to meet service users' needs.
- Plan and implement Occupational Therapy interventions (individual or group), using graded activity to achieve therapeutic goals.
- Monitor, evaluate and modify treatment to measure progress and ensure effective intervention.
Salary: £31,049.00 to £37,796.00 per year
Contract Type: Permanent
