A supported living provider in the UK is seeking a dedicated Positive Behaviour Practitioner to apply psychology expertise in helping vulnerable adults transition from hospital care to independence. This role involves developing Positive Behaviour Support plans, conducting assessments, and training staff. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Psychology, experience with autism and mental health, and strong communication skills. A driving licence is required for site visits.
