Working side by side with multi‑disciplinary teams in a nurse‑led environment, you will practice clinical expertise, make complex decisions, and form genuine, lasting connections with residents and their families. • Build on your existing skill set and develop decision‑making and collaborative skills.
• Provide person‑centred care, support residents in life‑changing decisions, and act as practice supervisor and assessor to students.
• Mentor and share knowledge with colleagues, model professional behaviours, and communicate effectively, both verbally and written.
• Advocate safeguarding, recognise signs of abuse and report concerns appropriately.

You will have at least 12 months experience in health or social care, a valid NMC Pin, and a passion for mentorship.
