Isabella's Homes in the Midlands is seeking an IBH Training Facilitator to deliver engaging, practical training ensuring our staff have the skills, knowledge and confidence to provide exceptional care. You will lead induction, mandatory training and professional development across the organisation.
You will develop new training content, run workshops, maintain records, support managers with staff development and ensure compliance with current legislation and CQC standards.
