• Expand the foothold of the Driving or Industrial sector across the Temporary market
• Identify, win, and retain business by providing exceptional customer service
• Build strong relationships with both candidates and clients
• Provide a professional 360 recruitment service

• Previous recruitment experience
• Hunger to succeed with a strong work ethic
• Ability to develop and grow relationships
• Able to communicate effectively at all levels
• Show attention to detail
• Sales-oriented
