  Start with a basic salary of £24,333.75 per annum
• Expected OTE: £26,333 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

As a Telephone Screener, you will be responsible for reviewing and telephone screening candidates for all our roles across our UK businesses.

• Establishing whether applicants are suitable for the roles they have applied for
• Rejecting unsuitable applicants at the application and phone screening stage
• Conducting telephone interviews
• Reviewing internal roles and making recruiters aware of applications
• Maintaining candidate relationships through the recruitment process
• Keeping spreadsheets and internal systems up to date
• Assisting other telephone screeners with additional workload if required
• Taking part in meetings with recruiters to update on the progress of roles
• Contacting applicants to encourage them to leave reviews of our service

• Previous experience working in a customer service or phone‑based role would be advantageous
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self‑motivated and comfortable working towards targets
• Can work well within a team
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, changing environment
• Excellent organisational skills
