Rentokil Initial Junior HR Advisor – 6 Month Full Term Contract

We are currently seeking a Junior HR Advisor to join our dedicated team at the Dudley office. If you have previously worked in a HR capacity and enjoy working closely with colleagues to solve problems, this could be the perfect opportunity for you!

  £28,889 per annum.
• Expected OTE: £30,000 per annum, with bonus and commission schemes available.

• Review absence management and produce reports.
• Analyse HR data, identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Ensure all new legislation, policies and procedures are communicated appropriately.
• Attend employee relations meetings and take notes.
• Participate in meetings to highlight and address process improvements.

• Previous HR experience.
• Recognised HR qualification would be advantageous.
• Strong IT skills, particularly Microsoft Office.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work well in a team.
• Strong attention to detail.
• May be required to pass a DBS check depending on the role applied for.
