Talent Acquisition Specialist

Our client is seeking to recruit a Talent Acquisition Specialist.

This role is an exciting opportunity for a recruitment professional who is passionate about attracting top talent, building strong stakeholder relationships, and delivering an outstanding candidate experience. We offer an opportunity to join an established but still growing, successful manufacturing business, within a supportive and collaborative HR Team.

This role is based the Human Resources Department based in Halesowen, West Midlands.

The main purpose of this role is to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across all business areas, partnering closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, delivery effective hiring solutions and reducing recruitment costs.

This role will play a key part in developing talent pipelines, improving recruitment processes, supporting employer brand initiatives, and contributing to the continued growth of the organisation.

Applicants must have an excellent working knowledge of Employment Law legislation and recruitment best practices.
