The Opportunity

We're looking for a passionate and proactive Recruitment Advisor to help attract, engage and onboard exceptional talent across the firm.

Working closely with Partners, hiring managers and the Resourcing Manager, you'll deliver an outstanding recruitment experience, build strong talent pipelines, and play a key role in strengthening Higgs' employer brand.

What You'll Be Doing

• Managing end-to-end recruitment across a variety of roles.
• Partnering with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and deliver effective recruitment solutions.
• Proactively sourcing talent through Linked In Recruiter, networking and other channels.
• Screening applications, coordinating interviews and supporting selection processes.
• Driving innovative attraction campaigns and employer branding initiatives.
• Promoting diversity and inclusion throughout the recruitment process.
• Supporting onboarding activities to ensure a seamless new starter experience.

What We're Looking For

• Recruitment experience, ideally within a professional services environment.
• Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills.
• A proactive, organised and candidate-focused approach.
• Confidence using Linked In Recruiter, Microsoft 365 and recruitment ATS.
• A genuine passion for delivering a first-class recruitment experience.
