HR Administrator

Location: Halesowen

Folk recruitment are partnering with an expanding Manufacturing client in North Yorkshire, supporting with the recruitment of a HR Administrator. Within the role you will join a supportive and busy HR team, providing day-to-day administrative support across the employee lifecycle. This is a great opportunity for a HR Professional who enjoys working with people, takes pride in getting the detail right and wants to develop their knowledge and experience within HR.

Working closely with the wider HR team, you'll support a broad range of people-related activities, including:
Preparing contracts, offer letters and other HR documentation Supporting the onboarding process for new starters Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems Processing employee changes, including promotions, salary changes and leavers Supporting absence and holiday administration Responding to day-to-day HR queries from employees and managers Assisting with recruitment administration and interview coordination Producing HR reports and maintaining accurate people data Managing the HR inbox Helping with wider HR projects and initiatives as required As the ideal candidate, you'll need previous experience within an HR administration or HR coordination role, alongside strong organisation, attention to detail and the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.

You will have experience across the full employee lifecycle and it will be advantageous in your application if you are CIPD Level 3 as a minimum. This role will suit someone who enjoys the operational side of HR but is also keen to continue developing their broader HR knowledge and experience.
