· Provide expert guidance on employee relations, organisational change and workforce planning.
· Ensure compliance with UK employment legislation and support best practice across multiple European jurisdictions.
· Lead recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring an excellent employee experience.

· Manage HR systems, reporting and people analytics to support informed decision-making.
· Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture across the organisation. About You We're looking for a commercially minded HR professional who can confidently operate across both strategic and operational HR activities. Ideally you will have worked in SME sized business with an international footprint where you have had full ownership of HR. You will be comfortable setting up HR policy and process in a fast paced environment with European entities.
You will likely bring:
· Significant experience in a standalone or senior HR generalist role.
· Strong knowledge of UK employment law and practical experience supporting European employee populations.
· Proven employee relations expertise, including complex case management.
· Experience advising and influencing senior stakeholders.
· Strong analytical skills with the ability to use HR data to drive decision-making.
· Experience with HR systems and people reporting.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to build credibility across all levels of the business. This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation where HR is valued as a strategic business partner. You'll have genuine influence, broad exposure across international operations, and the chance to shape people practices that support future growth.
