Ready to take your coffee machine engineering experience off the road?
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced  Field Service Coffee Machine Engineer  looking to move into an  office-based technical role , while continuing to use the knowledge and expertise they've built in the field.
You'll join a global manufacturer of professional coffee and vending equipment, providing technical support to engineers, service partners and customers across the UK and Ireland.

Diagnose coffee machine faults remotely and recommend solutions
Assist with complex technical queries and troubleshooting
Support installations, commissioning and repairs
Use telemetry and remote monitoring systems to identify machine issues
Provide product and technical training to engineers and customers
Help develop technical knowledge and troubleshooting resources
Work closely with the wider technical and product teams
There may be occasional travel for  training, exhibitions and technical events , but this is predominantly an  office-based position .
What We're Looking For  We're particularly interested in speaking with  experienced coffee machine engineers  who are ready for a change from constant field-based work.
You'll ideally have:
Strong experience servicing and repairing  professional coffee machines
Excellent electrical and mechanical fault-finding skills
Experience working independently in a field service environment
Strong technical problem-solving ability
Good communication skills and the confidence to support other engineers
An interest in using technology, telemetry and remote diagnostics
This could be the ideal next step if you're an experienced coffee machine engineer who wants to get off the road, enjoy more stability and use your valuable field experience in a technical support environment.
