Senior Commercial Property Associate

An established regional law firm is seeking a talented and commercially focused Senior Commercial
Property Associate to join its thriving Property team. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious property professional who enjoys working across diverse and high‑value transactions in a collaborative, client‑centred environment.

You will be an integral part of a busy Property team known for its dynamic and wide‑ranging client base. The role involves leading on complex and strategic commercial property work, including acquisitions, disposals, development projects, financing matters, and landlord & tenant issues. You’ll be trusted to manage your own matters, build strong client relationships and contribute to team growth.

• Lead and execute a broad range of commercial property transactions.
• Provide pragmatic and commercially‑aware legal advice tailored to client objectives.
• Draft, negotiate, and review legal documentation such as leases, agreements for lease, transfers, options and development documentation.
• Oversee due diligence, title work and reporting to clients and stakeholders.
• Support and mentor more junior team members.
• Manage multiple matters effectively and maintain strong client communication.

• A qualified solicitor (or equivalent) with solid experience in commercial property practice.
• A technically strong lawyer with excellent commercial judgement.
• Confident in handling complex property transactions and client relationships.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage a busy workload.
• A proactive, approachable team‑player who thrives on building trusted client relationships.
