CAD technician

Working Pattern: Full-time. Monday–Friday - 40 hours per week

We're looking for a CAD Technician who will play a key role in delivering high‑quality services across our NHS contract, supporting both operations and client satisfaction.

• Deliver day‑to‑day service/operational activities in line with contract requirements and service standards within various estate and project works.
• Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, colleagues and stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations and industry standards.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and support efficiency initiatives.
• Accurately complete documentation, reporting and system updates as required.

• Relevant experience within the AutoCAD/CAD.
• Exposure within the construction industry (eg:pressure vessels).
• Good understanding of health & safety and compliance standards.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to operate within various teams and collaborate efficiently.

• A proactive and reliable individual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Flexible approach to working hours where required.
• Customer‑focused mindset with a commitment to quality service delivery.
