Dudley Metropolitan Borough Council is seeking an Estate Caretaker (Grade
5) to join the Housing Maintenance team. The role covers housing estates across the borough, including high-rise and low-rise blocks, and requires a full driving licence and willingness to undertake a driving assessment for a 3.5-tonne vehicle.
You will perform caretaking tasks, maintain cleanliness, conduct inspections, assist with safety checks and support residents with basic housing queries.
