Site Supervisor

Duties Include

• Supervising the upkeep and general maintenance of the school building
• Conducting routine premises checks and recording findings
• Ensuring health and safety regulations are followed at all times
• Carrying out minor repairs, painting, and maintenance duties
• Managing alarms, gates, and site security procedures
• Assisting with room setups for school events and activities
• Liaising with external contractors and service providers
• Supporting the school during emergency situations where required

• Previous experience within school caretaking or facilities management
• Strong understanding of site security and maintenance procedures
• Ability to prioritise tasks independently
• Good communication and problem-solving skills
• Practical maintenance and repair knowledge
• Flexible and reliable attitude

• Schools require candidates who can start immediately
• No training is available for this role
• Enhanced DBS required prior to placement
• Candidates without a DBS must obtain and pay for their own check
• All roles subject to safeguarding and reference clearance
