Monday to Friday; 5AM to 7:30AM;

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, the timing of work, and the cleaning equipment and chemicals used while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and independently where required.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and continuously improving and exceeding expectations.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven and determined.
• Reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.
