An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Contract, Mechanical & Electrical Repairs and Maintenance Administrator to join our team. In this varied and rewarding role, you will provide essential administrative support for building maintenance contracts, emergency repairs, compliance management, contractor performance monitoring, and planned maintenance programmes. Working closely with our Building Services team, you will play a key role in helping to deliver an efficient, cost-effective, and high-quality repairs and maintenance service, ensuring that Council assets remain safe, compliant, well maintained, and fit for purpose.

- Invoice Verification and Financial Processing
This position offers the opportunity to work alongside experienced building services professionals and contribute directly to the effective management and maintenance of the Council's property portfolio. Your work will help ensure that our buildings continue to operate safely, efficiently, and in compliance with statutory requirements.
