• An experienced Cleaning Supervisor, to be based at our managed site in Longbridge.
• Someone who has previous supervisory or managerial responsibilities.

As Cleaning Supervisor, you will lead and support our on-site team to ensure the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and service delivery across the site. You will oversee daily operations - managing cleaning schedules, conducting quality inspections, tracking supply inventory, and prioritising tasks for optimal efficiency. Strong focus is placed on health and safety compliance, including conducting PUWER equipment checks, maintaining task risk assessments, managing PPE, and ensuring proper chemical handling.

Beyond operational management, you will drive staff development by onboarding, training, and assessing team competency, while serving as a key point of contact for tenant feedback and maintaining close communication and daily shift handovers with the Service Delivery Manager.
