Morning Commercial Cleaning Operative

Hours:

2 Days per week / Tuesday + Friday / 6am
-8:45am / 5.5 hours total per week

Lawrence Cleaning Solutions is currently seeking a dependable and hardworking Commercial Cleaner to join our team.

This varied role involves cleaning both office and manufacturing environments, including offices, meeting rooms, staff welfare areas, toilets, communal spaces, and factory floor areas.

Whether you're an experienced cleaner or looking to develop your skills, full training will be provided.

• Clean offices, meeting rooms, reception areas, staff kitchens, toilets, and communal spaces
• Clean factory and production areas in line with site requirements
• Vacuum, mop, dust, sanitise, and maintain surfaces to a high standard
• Empty bins and replenish consumable supplies where required
• Follow cleaning schedules and complete tasks efficiently
• Use cleaning equipment and products safely and responsibly
• Follow all health and safety procedures, including COSHH guidelines
• Report any maintenance or health and safety concerns to management
• Following cleaning schedules and completing assigned tasks
• Safely using cleaning equipment, products, and materials
• Adhering to all health and safety procedures, including COSHH requirements
• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the site
• Supporting a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for employees and visitors

• Reliable, punctual, and professional
• Strong attention to detail
• Positive attitude and strong work ethic
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable working around office employees, visitors, and factory operatives throughout the working day
• Able to communicate professionally and courteously with site staff
• Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable but not essential
