Are you an experienced Deputy Manager looking for your next step, or an established Home Manager seeking a new challenge? We are recruiting for a compassionate, motivated, and hands‑on Home Manager to lead a welcoming 15+ bedded residential home in Dudley.

About the Role

Full responsibility for the day‑to‑day running of the home

Leading and supporting a dedicated care team

Ensuring CQC compliance and high standards of care

Overseeing care plans, assessments, and resident wellbeing

Managing rotas, staffing, and recruitment

Building strong relationships with residents, families, and external professionals

Driving a warm, person‑centred culture within the service

What We're Looking For

Current Home Manager or Deputy Manager ready to step up

Strong understanding of residential care

Confident leader with excellent communication skills

Knowledge of CQC standards and compliance

Compassionate, organised, and committed to high‑quality care
