Dudley Council is on an ambitious improvement journey—modernising how we work, strengthening our culture, and enabling our workforce to deliver their best. We’re searching for an inspirational and forward-thinking leader to drive our Workforce Strategy and accelerate a council wide transformation.

Leading a modern Workforce and Learning function, you will drive cultural change, support the implementation of a new ERP system and maximise digital, self-service and data-led insight. Working closely with leaders and managers, you will equip the organisation to deliver resilient, high-quality services and lasting impact.
