Stourbridge. Salary: £65,000 - £70,000 + £6,000 car allowance + package. Job Type: Permanent, Full-time.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Health & Safety Manager to support a growing portfolio of residential projects for a well-established residential construction business based in Stourbridge. The role is suited to a Health & Safety professional with a strong background in residential construction, who is confident operating across multiple sites and working closely with senior management.

• Overseeing health & safety across multiple residential construction sites
• Ensuring compliance with all HSE legislation, company procedures, and industry best practice
• Carrying out regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
• Investigating incidents and near misses, producing reports and corrective actions
• Providing health & safety guidance and support to site teams and management
• Delivering toolbox talks, inductions, and ongoing training
• Working closely with directors, site managers, and external bodies
• Driving a positive health & safety culture across the business

• Proven experience as a Health & Safety Manager (or similar) within residential construction
• Strong knowledge of UK health & safety legislation and HSE standards
• NEBOSH Construction Certificate (essential)
• IOSH / NEBOSH Diploma (desirable)
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Confident working across multiple live sites
• Proactive, professional, and commercially aware

• £65,000 - £70,000 basic salary
