Civica in Dudley is seeking an experienced Group Credit Controller Manager to shape how we collect cash and manage risk across the business. You will supervise, coach, and motivate a team of Credit Controllers, aiming to improve DSO and collections targets while embedding best practice in the credit function.
You will also manage a small portfolio of client accounts and contribute directly to system integration and continuous improvement initiatives, reporting to Senior Leaders as needed.
