We Manage Jobs (WMJobs) is seeking a transformative Service Manager for Children in Care. You will provide strategic and operational leadership to ensure stability, permanence, and thriving outcomes for children and young people in our care.
You will champion relationship-based practice and keep children’s voices at the heart of decisions. Reporting to the Principal Service Lead, you will guide teams, drive improvements, and ensure services operate within budget.
