Are you an experienced Project Director with a background in Active Fire looking to join one of the UK's fastest-growing life safety businesses?
We're looking for a proven leader to take ownership of a growing project delivery division, leading high-value Active Fire projects across the UK while driving operational excellence, commercial performance and client satisfaction.

The Role- Leading the delivery of multiple Active Fire projects across the UK
- Managing and developing a team of Project Managers and delivery professionals
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to the highest standards
- Building and maintaining key client relationships
- Driving commercial performance across the project portfolio
- Supporting business growth and operational improvements
- Working closely with senior leadership to shape delivery strategy
- Ensuring compliance with industry standards and best practice
- Proven leadership experience within the Active Fire industry
- Strong background delivering Fire Alarm projects
- Experience managing multiple Project Managers and large project portfolios
- Commercial awareness with responsibility for project performance
- Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build high-performing teams and develop talent
- Willingness to travel across the UK when required
- Excellent basic salary (DOE)
