Hours:
Full time Career Makers is recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager to lead a well-established, large-bed nursing, residential and dementia care home in the Bedale area. This is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable care provider, taking overall responsibility for the day-to-day running of the home, leading and developing the staff team, and ensuring high standards of care, compliance and resident wellbeing.

Oversee the day-to-day running of the home, ensuring high standards of nursing, residential and dementia care. Lead, manage and develop the staff team, promoting a positive culture and high-quality service delivery. Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures and relevant legislation. Monitor care plans, audits and quality assurance processes to maintain excellent standards of care. Manage budgets, staffing and resources effectively to ensure the smooth operation of the home.
Requirements as a Care Home Manager:
Previous experience as a Registered Manager or Care Home Manager within a nursing or residential care setting. Relevant Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or equivalent. Strong knowledge of CQC regulations, safeguarding and care quality standards. Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team.
