Electrical Engineer

This is a Multi‑Skilled Engineer / Electrical Engineer position overseeing a small manufacturing plant based in Stourbridge. The role is varied and hands‑on, covering both facilities and machine maintenance. As part of a small business, this will suit someone proactive and adaptable, who is happy to get stuck in and support the wider operation where needed.

The role also includes travel to a second site once every three weeks, within a two‑hour drive, using a shared company van. No staying away from home is required.

We are recruiting for a manufacturer of specialist glass products with a strong family feel. The business operates with a close‑knit team where employees are valued and contributions are recognised.

• 17th or 18th Edition qualified
• Ability to read and interpret engineering diagrams
• Experience in an Electrical Facilities or Electrical Maintenance role
• Full UK driving licence
• Flexible, hands‑on attitude
• Willing to be a key holder and available for occasional call‑out (alarms/furnace), though this is infrequent

• Salary of £35,000 - £40,000
