Rotating double days: week one 6am‑2pm, week two 2pm‑10pm

Responsibilities

Machining quality components in accordance with technical engineering drawings and specifications
Operating Fanuc & Heidenhain controls
Setting one‑off components using clamps, angle plates, etc.
Deburring components and ensuring they are fit for transportation
Carrying out daily bookings against route card jobs and timings
Inspection of all components throughout the process
Maintaining a safe working environment and complying with the Company’s H&S Policy
Reporting to the Toolroom Manager

Qualifications

3–5 years experience as a CNC Turner (essential)
Ability to use Fanuc & Heidenhain controls (essential)
Ability to program offline (desirable)
Ability to read and interpret technical engineering drawings (essential)
