Overtime:
Paid at 1.33x after 37.5 hours

The Role

We’re recruiting a Production Line Leader to take ownership of a busy production line, leading a team to hit daily targets while maintaining high standards of quality, safety, and efficiency.

This is a hands-on role for someone who enjoys being on the shop floor, motivating people, solving problems, and keeping production running smoothly.

For the right candidate, this role offers a clear route to a permanent position.

What You’ll Be Doing

* Leading and motivating a production team to achieve hourly and daily targets

* Managing labour effectively to meet volume and cost requirements

* Ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards

* Promoting strong health & safety, GMP, and hygiene standards

* Completing production paperwork and using the integrated management system (Vision)

* Supporting training, onboarding, and development of new starters

* Driving continuous improvement and reducing waste

* Liaising with agency staff and providing day-to-day feedback

* Monitoring KPIs including output, quality, H&S, waste, and training

* Taking part in team leader meetings, reviews, and performance processes

What We’re Looking For

* Experience in a production or manufacturing leadership role

* Confident leading people in a fast-paced environment

* Strong understanding of quality, hygiene, and H&S standards

* Comfortable using production systems and paperwork

* A proactive, hands-on approach with good communication skills

(This role would suit a current Line Leader, Senior Operative, or Step-Up Supervisor.)
