This is a full‑time, on‑site Plate Loader position based in Dudley. The Plate Loader will be responsible for handling steel plates, preparing them for processing, and ensuring safe loading and unloading of materials. Day‑to‑day tasks include operating machinery, checking materials for quality and accuracy, and following safety protocols. The role will also involve collaboration with team members to meet production goals and maintain a safe and organized workspace.

• Experience in handling steel plates and operating steel processing or material handling equipment
• Ability to work in a physically demanding environment, including standing, lifting, and moving heavy materials
• Basic understanding of quality control processes and attention to detail
• Familiarity with workplace safety protocols and ability to adhere to safety guidelines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues
• Flexibility to work in an industrial environment and adapt to various tasks
• Any prior experience in a similar role or within the steel industry will be an advantage
