Evolve Personnel are currently recruiting for a Factory Team Leader for our Manufacturing client in the Lye area. This role will be supporting the Factory Supervisor.
Responsibilities
* Lead and motivate a team of production staff to meet daily targets and quality standards.
* Coordinate workflow and allocate tasks effectively to optimise productivity.
* General operative duties, cutting steel, assembly, use of hand and power tools
* Forklift driving
A valid FLT Counterbalance licence is required for this position.
Requirements:
* Experience working in a manufacturing environment
* Experience using hand / power / air tools
* Assembly experience
* Physically fit and able to lift
* Previous experience leading a team
Hours:
Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm / Friday 4:00pm finish.
Overtime available to suit business needs.
