Temp to perm Role of a Furnace Operator:
Operate and monitor furnaces in line with production requirements. Charge furnaces with raw materials. Control melt temperatures and chemistry to meet specifications. Furnace cleaning and maintenance. Work closely with casting, pattern, and quality teams to ensure smooth workflow. Any other tasks as and when required Requirements of a Furnace Operator:
Have experience in a foundry setting Knowledge of furnace operation, metal melting and/or casting processes Be willing to learn & get trained
