Production Administrator And Planner

Industrial Recruitment Solutions are looking for a Production Administration & Planning Support to join a busy, well-established manufacturing site in Halesowen. This is a great opportunity for someone organised, detail-oriented, and confident working in a fast-paced production environment.

• Maintain accurate production records (batch sheets, material usage, stock levels)
• Process work orders and confirm correct raw material allocations
• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports
• Assist with production planning and scheduling
• Monitor production progress and highlight delays or bottlenecks
• Support product transitions and packaging changes
• Communicate updates to production supervisors and teams

• Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment
• Knowledge of production planning, materials, and packaging processes
• Highly organised and detail-oriented
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Experience as a Production Planner or Operations Coordinator is a bonus

• Permanent, full-time role
