Major Recruitment are currently recruiting for an experienced Warehouse Operative / Overhead Crane Operator to join a well-established busy precision tube manufacturers in Dudley

This is a great opportunity for individuals with steel industry experience, seeking a stable, full-time role with the potential to secure a permanent contract.

Pay Rate: £13.35ph / £14.35ph

Contract:

Temp to Perm
Shift Pattern:
Rotating weekly shifts:
6:00am - 2:00pm
2:00pm - 10:00pm
10:00pm - 6:00am
⚠️ You must be able to work ALL 3 shifts.
Monday to Friday - Full time
Overtime may be available

Key Responsibilities

Safely handling and moving steel tube bundles within the warehouse
Operating overhead cranes and lifting equipment
Loading and unloading deliveries and outgoing orders
Picking, preparing, and dispatching customer orders
Carrying out quality checks on products before storage and dispatch
Labelling and tracking stock accurately
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised working environment Requirements

Previous experience in the Steel industry
Overhead crane experience is essential
Strong awareness of health & safety practices
Good attention to detail and accuracy
Ability to work as part of a team and in a fast paced environment
Basic computer skills
Flexible and reliable with a willingness to work rotating shifts Please click to apply
