CNC Setter (Milling & Turning)

Hours of work:
Monday to Friday 7am - 3pm
Hourly Rate: £13.50 - £15.00 per hour (dependent on experience)

We are currently recruiting for an experienced CNC Operator with milling and turning experience to join our client, a well‑established engineering business in Halesowen. • Operating CNC milling and turning machines
• Reading and interpreting technical drawings
• Selecting and changing tooling as required
• Monitoring production to ensure quality standards are met
• Carrying out basic machine maintenance and housekeeping
• Conducting in‑process inspections using measuring equipment

• Previous experience operating CNC milling and turning machines
• Ability to read and understand engineering drawings
• Familiarity with measuring tools such as micrometers and verniers
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
