Production Operatives

Tudor Employment Agency Ltd are currently recruiting for Production Operatives to work for our prestigious client.

This is an excellent opportunity for experienced production and manufacturing candidates seeking ongoing work, with immediate starts available.

Hours of Work:
Monday to Friday Full‑time
Ongoing assignment

• Carrying out small assembly work with precision and accuracy
• Assembling components in line with production specifications
• Conducting visual quality inspections on finished products
• Following detailed work instructions and production processes
• Maintaining a clean and organised work area
• Meeting daily production targets while maintaining quality standards
• Reporting any faults, defects, or production issues to supervisors
• Working efficiently in a fast‑paced production environment
• Supporting team members to ensure smooth operations

• Previous experience within a manufacturing or production environment is essential
• Experience in a similar assembly or production‑based role preferred
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify defects or inconsistencies
• Comfortable working in a repetitive role while maintaining high accuracy
• Good manual dexterity and hand‑eye coordination
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently when required
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work effectively as part of a team

• Hourly Pay Rate: £12.71 per hour
