Pay: National Minimum Wage
Hours: Full Time

We are currently recruiting for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing company in Halesowen (B64), specialising in the production of elastomer and foam products
.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career within manufacturing. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training will be provided.

• Operating moulding press machinery.
• Manufacturing elastomer and foam products to specification.
• Loading and unloading moulding presses.
• Trimming, inspecting and finishing products.
• Carrying out quality checks.
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment.
• Following health and safety procedures at all times.
• Supporting the production team to meet daily output targets.

• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Good attention to detail.
• Reliable with excellent timekeeping.
• Able to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Comfortable with manual handling and standing for long periods.
• Previous manufacturing, machine operating or production experience is advantageous but not essential.
