Night Shift
£12.71 per hour + Fortnightly Shift Allowance

We are currently seeking a Machine Operator to join a busy manufacturing team on a permanent night shift. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous manufacturing and machine operating experience who is looking to develop their skills within a specialist production environment. Full training will be provided on specific machinery, but candidates must have a background in manufacturing and experience operating machinery within a production setting.

Shift Pattern:

Permanent Night Shift
12-hour shifts
2-weekly rotation

Key Responsibilities
Operating and monitoring extrusion machinery following training
Setting up and adjusting machines to meet production requirements
Conducting routine quality checks and recording production data
Loading raw materials and monitoring production output
Identifying and reporting machine faults or production issues
Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised work area
Following health and safety procedures at all times
Working closely with colleagues to achieve production targets

Requirements
Previous experience working within a manufacturing or production environment
Experience operating machinery within a factory setting
Good attention to detail and commitment to quality standards
Ability to follow processes and work instructions accurately
Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills
Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team
Reliable with a flexible and positive attitude
Comfortable working 12-hour night shifts
