Halesowen Salary: £35,000 to £43,000 + Pension + Overtime Shift Pattern: 12 hours 6am-6pm DAYS ONLY - working every other weekend

Week 1 - Work Monday, Tuesday, then off Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and then back in Saturday and Sunday

Week 2 - Monday, Tuesday off then work Wednesday Thursday and off Friday Saturday Sunday

My client is a leader in the manufacturer of specialist packaging products and building products. This highly respected manufacturer is looking to expand its engineering capacity and is adding to the electrical knowledge at their manufacturing plants near Dudley. Having recently invested in state of the art machinery, this is a fantastic opportunity to join an extremely secure group, within a well respected organisation.

• Apprentice Trained Mechanical Engineering
• Experience of Automated Machinery
• Understanding of PPM Systems

The ideal candidate will come from a mechanical engineering background and should be able to work on their own initiative, be a time served engineer (but have some multi-skilled knowledge) and have PPM and TPM manufacturing experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of day-to-day engineering and maintenance activities ensuring work is carried out to the highest standards and maximising machine efficiencies.

If you have worked on automated machinery it would be advantageous, you will be able and willing to work on a variety of automated processes, packaging machinery, laminating machinery, pumps and other manufacturing machinery. There is a huge scope and variety on offer so the successful candidate will be in line to broaden their skills considerably.
