Welder Fabricator

Pertemps Dudley Industrial is seeking a Welder Fabricator for a full-time, permanent position in Netherton. The working pattern is Monday to Friday, 6am to 2.30pm. The hourly rate is £14 for MIG welding proficiency, rising to £15.50 for those skilled in both MIG and TIG processes. Duties involve fabricating metal components from engineering drawings, working with mild steel and stainless steel, and performing measuring, cutting, and assembly tasks.

Quality checks are essential to ensure specifications are met. Candidates should possess strong fabrication skills and a commitment to maintaining a safe workspace. This role offers stable daytime hours with ongoing work for a reputable manufacturer.

• MIG and/or TIG welding to a high standard
• Fabrication of metal components from engineering drawings

• Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
• Maintaining a safe and tidy working environment

• Previous experience in a Welder Fabricator role
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings
• Competent with MIG and/or TIG welding processes
• Good attention to detail and quality standards
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team
