Filling Operator

Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Shop Floor Worker, where your hands-on skills and mechanical aptitude will drive production excellence. In this vital role, you will be actively engaged on the factory floor, supporting assembly processes, operating equipment, and ensuring smooth workflow across the manufacturing facility. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will contribute directly to delivering high-quality products efficiently and safely.

• Assist with assembly line tasks, including use of automatic filling machines
• Support the setup, adjustment, and maintenance of machinery and equipment on the shop floor
• Conduct quality checks during production to ensure products meet specifications and standards
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace to promote safety and efficiency throughout the factory floor
• Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and troubleshoot minor mechanical issues
• Follow safety protocols diligently and report any hazards or incidents immediately

• Proven experience working in a factory or manufacturing facility, preferably on an assembly line
• Hands-on experience with hand tools, power tools, and mechanical systems
• Valid forklift certification or ability to obtain one upon hire
• Strong mechanical knowledge with an understanding of manufacturing processes
• Warehouse experience is a plus, demonstrating familiarity with inventory movement and storage procedures
• Ability to stand for extended periods, lift heavy objects safely, and work in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and quality standards
