Production & Blending Operative
Salary: £27,600 per annum
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

In person
We are currently recruiting for a Production & Blending Operative to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis.
Previous experience in automotive blending, production, warehouse operations or quality assurance would be advantageous, although full training will be provided. The successful candidate will be reliable, safety-conscious and able to work effectively in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out product blending in accordance with strict specifications and production requirements
* Perform quality checks to ensure products meet required standards
* Operate and monitor mixing vessels and associated production equipment
* Learn and follow site pipework, storage tank and production systems
* Work towards and achieve daily production targets
* Load and unload tankers safely and efficiently
* Handle materials and goods with care and attention to detail
* Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
* Follow all company health and safety procedures and instructions
* Work effectively as part of a team while maintaining a high standard of individual performance
* Undertake overtime when required to support production requirements
Skills & Experience
* Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence preferred
* Previous experience in production, blending, warehouse operations or quality control advantageous
* Ability to carry out repetitive tasks consistently and accurately
* Strong attention to detail
* Reliable, punctual and committed approach to work
* Good communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work under pressure and meet production deadlines
* Flexible approach to working hours
* Good understanding of workplace health and safety
Qualifications & Experience
* A-Level or equivalent qualification preferred
* Previous experience in a similar role preferred
* Counterbalance Forklift Licence preferred
